AI-Native Product Builder & Advisor

I've spent 25+ years building digital products and the teams behind them. I wrote my first line of code in 1997, led Turkey's first corporate e-commerce team at Vestel in 1999, then launched some of the country's earliest automotive e-commerce projects at Mercedes-Benz and helped grow hurriyetemlak.com into a leading proptech platform.

Through the 2010s I split my time between my own ventures and advisory work. I co-founded testaraci.com and sat in the early rooms of companies like Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Busbud, Atölye and Arçelik/Beko. Most recently, at LC Waikiki, the mobile product team I built grew the app past 10M+ downloads, a 4.8 rating and 2.5x mobile revenue, while leading Super App and marketplace transformation.

Today I work as an AI-native product builder and advisor through TECHDE, my own studio. I help founders and product leaders with product strategy and AI adoption, build my own small AI-native products, and share what I learn along the way.
